Coding vs. Web design program

Is learning to code in HTML or CSS still important while there are programs that can make websites faster and easier without needing to know any code? (eg: WebFlow)

You can only make basic websites with such programs. So if you want a basic site, then you definitely don't need code, but otherwise, there are just way more possibilities with HTML, CSS and JavaScript

If you want to personalize the pages, I'd say coding is also important. And after all, you could code a program to create pages ;)
