How to complaint when the question is wrong?

I can see that some of the quiz answers are incorrect.. Is there a way to send a feedback or raise a flag so that the question can be reviewed?

After a challenge is complete, there's an icon with an exclamation mark right at the top of the results page. You can report the wrong quizzes on tapping that icon.
