C++ on computer notepad?

is it possible to write a c++ program code in notepad like the " hello world" code and save it as an .exe file and run it??

Yes, you can. You need a pluggin to convert the file for the compiler. I tried to do it in the past. It can be a long process. I just use visual studio now.
