Why would you decline a challenge?

If I had the power to decline quizes, I would decline a quiz if:

* It had non-intentional syntax mistakes
* It was worded poorly
* The answer was wrong
* There's to many related questions
* There's to many down-votes
* It's to easy
* It's to hard

then according to oponent level
as questions difficulty is based on
the highest level of the two
