why i can't find java fx in java tutorial?

Because that tutorial is basic of basic for Java SE. Do not excpect too much from those tutorials. Here is much better community, challenges, interesting links etc

Java tutorial is for Java programming. Javafx is not java programming it is java API. it isn't used to program with Java. It is buttons, textviews, sliders, etc.. Java programming isn't buttons, it is what happens when the button is pushed.
