Once learn HTML , everythink. and learn CSS. you can make website with this two meterial. after learn PHP for register for member system. and learn JavaScript for animations and etc... i hope you understand. and sorry for speaks bad english.

You should find some "free hosting" with "free domain" and register for it. It's easy, brah. Then you can upload your site (.html, .php, .css files) to FTP-server of your hosting/domain and enjoy...)

You can do it completely free but the address would be a couple numbers. In order to make it use words you would need to purchase a domain.
