Hey guys is it better to learn coding starting from web or other programming languages like c+, c#, java, python etc?

by far the best way for a beginner is to take an online course of Scratch, create and code some simple algorithms in that language. then only starting with Pascal or with Python makes sense and is not discouraging

Do the full stack courses with one core programming language.
