Tag Hr is used in html to draw a horizontal line in web page.

More exactly, it was technically a Horizontal Rule before Html5, but Html5 redefine it as semantical element separator of content, a thematic change, the end of one section and start of another... It's not mandatory to be always displayed as an horizontal line in future, even if actually, browsers continue to have this behaviour ;)
