Trying to get an idea into reality.

Is there a way that we can control circuitry with a software? I mean a software that can act like a logic gate that will only enable a device to function only when some certain physical or measurable condition is met. Thanks as you reply

Yes, there are ways to do that kind of external device control: it's require programming basic i/o (input/output serial bus as usb or old rs232c, or even old printer parrallel port) and electronic knowlendge for handle the external hardware interfacing (but I cannot help more :P) [edit] Maybe some track: https://circuits.io/circuits/1440533-processing-control-demo
