actually its not even possible 😂 , sololearn teaches the basic only . I don't think someone will hire you for making web codes and printing some calculations on terminal . :) you need a degree for getting hired .

Depends on a job. If you'll become really good here, so you can prove it with your results, someone might give you a chance. And by the way, it will be easier to get a degree.

The corporate world likes being intimidated by people with degrees but the truth of the matter is that if you are good here, you are far better than somebody with a degree.
