Do you think that the job market it getting saturated by programmers?

Since programming knowledge is accessible more than ever, and more and more people are learning programming, do you think that the job market is getting saturated, or will be saturated?

When that happens, we'll already have a job anyway. Jokes apart, is it probably? Like all things in this world, it's not impossible... but i want to remind you that there is a great lack of programmers in the world, your prospective is interesting as future vision, but too far at the moment. As long as companies does not change their standards, we will have always that big shortage. - Is there really a developer shortage? 》No. There is a shortage of senior developers with 5 years of experience in the hottest 2 year old technology willing to work for $1XX,XXX/year, in the office 10am-6pm from M-F, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, under 40 years old, and proficient in academic CS trivia questions most of which he/she hasn’t touched since graduation.《 ~ Jeremy Bernier

nope. it certainly is more saturated than it used to be, but every employer still needs coders. compare this industry to something like music, and you'll realized we are not saturated much at all. however, I'd say game development is the exception in the programming field, its very saturated.
