Code:blocks SL

Question

i have tried to DL code blocks the same way as suggested in the c++ module and even thougj i DL the version with minigw it doesnt have the GNU CC compiler. it has the compiler suite and description says "requires addiotional downloads" so where do i get thr GNU CC from?
