I have made a basic calculator app, which I want to launch in Apple App Store and Google Play store; how do i do it? please help

I don't know about apple and j don't recommend doing it for apple because it's expensive it's $90 a year but Google play is only $25 for ever. just go to Google and search Google play developer console or just use this link https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup/

Publishing app on Google play store is fairly simple. Just follow the steps given on the website in the following link :
