How do I get the 100+ question and the 100+ answer?

For me it's very difficult to do that. Tell me how

Trust me. Just stick around long enough, get familiar with the community, build relations. When the golden opportunity comes (i.e. your thread gets featured on front page or the post containing your answer gets featured), you will earn those badges. All you can do is make sure your answer/question/thread is well-composed, agreeable and beneficial to the community.
