First off, learning to become a programmer is much more than simply reading the book and magically being a master at it. It'll take many long hours of both reading, coding, debugging, and researching further.
As for SoloLearn, I would say it's a great introductory to these languages. Good for beginners to get their feet wet, but not your final destination. You'll want to continue to seek out resources and learn as much as you can. Put a lot of time into practicing - that's a great teacher in itself.
In regard to jobs, plenty of demand for programmers, so you can't really go wrong there. Many places want someone with a couple years of experience, but if you put in the work and effort, you can easily show how good you are.

Don't solely depend on Solo learn. That's what the name suggests. I learned from many random places. And now sololearn helped me to learn Java only. Try watching YouTube channels

You'll definitely learn a lot!
But you also need to take it further on your own, you'll need to make projects that will change you and teach you. You need to push yourself forward as much as you can. Only then you'll pick up skill.
Sololearn will only help you get off your feat and teach you the basics. But the rest is all up to you

By the way, I forgot to mention, SoloLearn App on Android is really awesome! Good interface, and perfect when you want to learn while you're not in a position to really do much. So if you're waiting at a doctor's office, waiting for wife to get out of store, etc... you can pull out your phone and continue your studies. Works great.

Sololearn is just a kickstart, you'd need to learn a lot more from other sources to be able for having a job with your knowledge.
Well you could work as a freelancer on Upwork for exemple, or making a profile on Linkedin and contibuting to open-source projects on github, this would help you to find a job

@Raz Raz: I'm going to be the guy that says your first project should be "Hello World!" Why? Because what kind of world would this be if you don't say hello to the world? Just do it. :D
Afterward, start with basics like calculators and other math oriented stuff. Then just branch out from there. Find some open source projects and learn / contribute to them.
