To develop a native app do i have to learn java or Swift..?

I'm new to programming language.
I would like to develop mobile application I heard about angular js and react native.. how do they help to develop app? and what are those libraries

For native apps,
Android->Java
iOS-> swift
you can develop hybrid apps with some technologies as ionic, react native or native script... you should learn JavaScript / angular / typescript

I haven't used all technologies yet, but it depends on what you want... for performance it's better to develop native(Java/Swift) also this is harder and if you want fast / "easy" development you should choose hybrid
