i like bootstrap but its not best because people like Sun likes w3-css and so far i never know if there is any html framework lol. best js framework is express (woo!) i dont know about php and i heard that laravel is good

PostCSS(plugin tool), SCSS (pre-processor)

Bootstrap framework is not my choice, even though it's a famous one.

ReactJS, VueJS.

AngularJS is not my choice, even though it's very popular.

jQuery is not my choice, even though many like to use it.
