First programming language for newbie

which is the best programming language for newbie (i am a newbie)?, i am learning c++ now, is it wrong choice?

I went for C++ as first language and it turned out just fine. It's OK to start with any programming language you feel comfortable with. www.sololearn.com/FAQ

wow, command line is the same as scripting language??? now I eventually beginning to understand why you said it's important))

at first it's too hard but if you learn it very well you can learn others easily

I recommend you to begin learning Python. It is easy to understand the way of programming with python because of syntax. After learning python, go on c++.
