How many down votes and high votes to have your quiz approved or not? [CLOSED]

Made a batch of my first 10 quizzes and got my first declined. So, I was just wondering if this can be answered?

I don't think there is a static limit as to how many upvotes to get approved. Upvotes will allow your quiz to be qualified for manual reviewing, in which most of the time, feedback/reasons will be provided along with your quiz if it is rejected. Have you got any note as to why your quiz was rejected?

Thank you for your answer Hatsy. I didn't even know that the community votes were the first filter, and that then, it would have to pass a manual review. And no, I just got a "Declined due to community downvotes".
