So you're asking that we write and create an entire project for you? Yea, no.

However, since I'm a nice guy, how about you get started on YOUR project and see what you can do first. You may know a lot more than you realize, and it also helps you exercise your "logic muscles." If you get stuck, or have questions, then come back and post your code so we can take a look at it. We'll be more than happy to help you figure things out, but you have to at least try to help yourself first.

When I was in school, prior to starting a project we would have to map out the project on paper. We would create a flow chart, pseudo code, and just in general plan out the logic of our project first. When you go to start on your project, you can use those things to have a clear idea of what you need to do, in what order, and how you want it to flow. I absolutely HATED THAT CLASS, but I can appreciate the usefulness of that class at this point in my life. I use it all the time at my job, and it makes explaining things to non-programmers a lot easier too.
