What is your most embarrasing moment when creating code?

My most embarrasing moment is when I was a lab assistant. I was explaining about global variable and local variable in Python. I said that if you change variable value inside a function, the variable outside the function won't be changed. Then I tried it and run it. And the variable was changed. I was confused and said "Ah, maybe this is new version of Python." I've never felt so embarrased than that....

My most embarrassing moment was when I was in my internet fundamentals class. I was showing my final project website (my current eportfolio) and mentioned I had problems doing fade in, fade out for my buttons. I was getting suggestions from everyone with no success for a good 10 minutes. Finally somebody points out "did you even add the class name to the button?" So I checked, and well..... I didn't. Our class had a good laugh but I was laughing on the outside, dying in the inside.
