Do you have to have a laptop or desktop to be a front end web developer?

I was wondering because I have an iPad Pro and I currently don't own a desktop or laptop. I'm saving up for a laptop but I wanted to know from someone who is a front end web developer (because I want to become one) is it absolutely necessary to have either a desktop or laptop.

It would help but it isn't required. If you have a local library membership you could go there and use a cloud-based development environment to work on projects. Google "online development environment" and you'll find some potential resources.

Yeah. Maybe you could code and do everything needed with your iPad but it would be to messy and you couldn't test your changes correctly with ease or properly.
