How can i code on Windows using swift?

Question

I know xCode is only avilable for macOS and swift is open source, so i should be able to execute swift code on windows. Or do i need to emulate a mac with my computer? If yes, how can i do it?

Download the relevant IDE, but swift is best for iOS.
