Come on, there are many others here who are older and don't whine ;)
Simply focus on the learning pace. Math skills, especially logics, are nice and surely do make it easier to learn, but at some basic level you should catch up quickly.
Only devotion and tackling smaller problems one by one will let you make progress. You have a very friendly community here - if anything, don't hesitate too long to ask!
Good luck!

man. I'm 45 years old and I'm learning C++ to help my daughter with her homework :D. Do you still think you are too old for programming? Take it as a brain fitness :D
ps: now I'm learning C#

Age is just a limitation you put on your mind. Einstein once said "once you stop learning, you start dying"
[Edit] I also started learning programming (excluding basic web development) not too long ago, when I was 24 years old. And it's understandable because when we were younger (in the 90's) we barely had a computer, with Windows 95 and the internet was limited and super slow (dial-up via a 56k modem), there weren't apps like SoloLearn, it wasn't easy to find material related to programming like there is nowadays. Technology has improved so much it's time for us who kept interest in it all this time to be part of it 😊!
PS: This is a popular/duplicate question. Check out these older threads for more advices ☺:

I started learning with 34 and now with 36 I'm earning my own money as a developer. So first spent your time to know what kind of develop you love, mobile, pc, webservices, games, etc.. then learn which languages and frameworks you have to focus. Makes your best and you will success.

It's only too late if you are dead. ;)
Happy coding!

It is never too late to learn anything , as long as you can enjoy it. 😊

Come on, guy?! I'm 32 years old. And I started from 0 in 31. If I did my choice at your age, I would be just happy and very motivated! Simply begin, and further you'll see that programming is awesome. And what about mathematics... It's hard, but VERY INTERESTING AND POWERFUL science. I don't think that you'll be new Kernighan Ritchie or A. Turing and everyone can learn BASE structures, algorithms, graphs and so on. Practice, practice and a huge wish can break this wall! Never give up and you'll get this!🏅💪☺

It's never too late to learn and that goes for anything, not just programming!
Programming is more focused on logic and less focused on math.
You will still need math at some point (for more complex programs) but it's not a major problem.
Also, I'm older than you and I'm learning here. ☺
Ps: Patience, practice and perseverance are REQUIRED for programming.

Age is not an issue when learning programming. I'm 44 years old and I'm learning to be a web developer will working a full time job. Get started and don't look back!

Just know that there is no age limit for education. you just need the desire for learning.

Too old? Er, no.... You probably don't need much more than very basic math unless you're going to use coding for things like physics or engineering or statistics. I think the most important thing is to think clearly and logically and pay attention to detail.
Oh, and about Rubik...

It depends on that you want to achieve. If you want to be best in your country till 30, maybe it's too late. But maybe not if you are very gifted. I'm 38. Of course I had course of C++ twenty years ago :), But in general I am starting now.
