Since in your tag there is: "scripting-language", the first scripting-languages were born with the shell scripts, the oldest it is probably the Bourne Shell: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bourne_shell

I think the machine language (binary) is the most obvious, but it's interesting to see how the programming languages had evolved and evolve, isn't it?
