Which language is best for future.. Java, c++ , c or any other? Should I concentrate on software development or web designing?

Today's heavyweights are, C, C++, Java, Python, C# in that order on TIOBE index the last I checked. Earn experience in any or all of these and you will be golden in the decades to come as vast majority o programmers retire and their work enters maintenance mode.
Rust, go, Haskell, Clojure, Kotlin are strong contenders for the top slots. Earn experience in these and you will have higher chances of writing original programs and earning similarly good.
Languages are no islands. They come with massive tool chains, IDEs, version control, CI, CD, and more. Without these, your knowledge in programming will not take you far.
