Website done, now what?

Ok let's say that in the future I will make some website. What do I do to make people able to see the website? Do I upload it somewhere, and is it free?

For personal use / low access capacity you can find free of charge hosting solution (may be with adversiting, but not always)... but real domain names cannot be free of charge, and professional use / high acess capacities require paiments ^^

you have to upload website on live server. That is not free , But free options are also available (not recommended)
