How the xp system works?

Is there any pages/link where the xp system is completely explained?
It is obvious with lessons and challenges, but what about Q&A,comments and codes?

Yes, although it gets slower (less xp per challenge) as you advance, unless you constantly challenge users better than yourself (with more xp in a particular language).
