Python is best for beginner, I started with Python too ( i'm a beginner too, i'm not a professional ).Python is a scripting language also used for artificial intelligence and making simple games with pygame and panda 3d libraries.Then there are C++ and C#,these two are very good to program games.C# is also good to code the back end of a site ( administration tools ).There are many others and Sololearn has an explanation of the uses of each languages!!
