we're trying to make a website where people can compete in our annual retro gaming challenge, i need to figure out how to make a forum type system where people can link and upload evidence that they weren't cheating to any of our game challenges they want

Have the Program read the evidence and calculate if the player was cheating or not.
it may be possible in JQuery or JavaScript.
