There are several ways. One, by need. Or what language you urgently need at the moment. Or two, by easiness. Builds stronger foundation to learn to embrace complexity. 1 for rush 2 for better skill IMO

It depends on what you want to do. Example u want to work on android? then java. Windows the c# and so on.... But most of the languages are general purpose

Hmm as u learn the languages, u might identify some similarities between then. Honestly, I don't know if there is a language that might help you learn the other. From some little experience if you start from any language u can easily learn others: it's the syntax and some features that could change.

go with web development with HTML CSS JavaScript and jQuery within the line

well i have in my first semester a c++ course can i start now with it without prior knowledge of any language or thats gonna be hard what do you recommend
