how to use Css in my pc .
is there is any particular software
of CSS or it can work with notpad only.

just u need a text editor and create ur file .css
if u nees to called use this line in ur head tag
<link rel="stylesheet" href="filelocation.css" type="text/css" media="all|print|screen">
media prop its use to specify when the style its work
all: in the screen or if u print ur page
