hi,i now have certificate on c# and java programming,how i can build app and game with these languages,thanks for help me

You can make an Android app with Java and Android Studio, or with C# and Unity. You can find tutorials on the internet about those two.

for build android applications use 'Java' in "Android Studio" or "Eclipse"
for create android and ios games use 'C#' in "Unity"
