What is needed to start an app in google play store?

Everything that's needed to start an app .. not only development side others like cost if any etc..

2) Create an app.
3) Pay $25.
4) Post it.

You can start with an app that looks like any other google app, via android studio with Java and Android XML. They have couple of courses on that at udacity. The cost to enter play store as a developer is $25. I guess that's it

If you want to make a game, then use any engine, as to start, you can use unity with c# or JS
