Are the questions in challenge tough based on the challengers experience level?

I was expecting the questions to be categorized as simple, medium complex, complex and highly complex or whatever similar scale. They should be used based on both the challengers level and that would increase the participation and help in understanding complicated stuff. Your thoughts ......

From my experience, there isn't any question in any of the challenges (C#, JavaScript, HTML, C++, Java, PHP, Python) that's so difficult that even new users couldn't figure it out, with a little work. I think the inherent meaning of the word 'Challenge' should indicate to users that the questions may be challenging and they may not know all the answers immediately. I think there are areas of the challenges that could use some work, but I don't think categorizing the questions based on the users' levels is something that's needed. Honestly, I think if the challenges were tailored to be easier for users, the users wouldn't learn as much from the challenges.
