Quiz Factory ❔🏭

Question

When I'm reviewing some HTML quizzes, some 'fill in the blanks' - questions are all weird and mixed up.
First I thought the creator did it on purpose, but after submitting my own 'fill in the blanks' I found out it can happen to anyone.
When I submitted my question everything was in the right place, but when I came across it while reviewing the blanks were swapped.

My question is, did this happen to anybody else?

Yes, people with older versions of the app might have submitted them. The bug is already corrected since two updates ago.
