Report spam questions

Isn't there a way to report questions which are obviously spam because they are posted 2 or more times and/or are of very bad quality?

On mobile there is a tripple dot button on upper right hand corner. You should be able to report spam with that

Usually enough to alert the person to their error/ poor quality question. Sometimes on bad connections the mobile app post multiple questions on its own. aaaanyway..

so someone does not get smart and starts using a script to report every question ,post , code etc
