I will get confused learning more programs and after some time I forget

You have to do something you like by what you have learnt so you will be able to remember, not just practice anyway

if u stop practicing you will forget.. so better learn bit by bit.. and practice on each piece seperately and try to implement changes by of your own. and check what error you r facing.. and deal with it

I don't worry about forgetting what I know about a language. If I do forget it, when it comes time that I need to write with that language again I can just google a few things at first until I remember everything. I program for fun and don't like to make it a chore to learn fast and remember everything.
