Which softwares is used to create games by coding.

i want create games but i have no idea that which software is used and which is better plz guys share your experience.^_^

If you are a beginner UNITY is the best engine for you that allows you to make both 3D and 2D game.It uses C# and Javascript to code. There is a lot of tutorials on internet. Unreal engine is a better choise for making professional game that uses c++.
