no, you cannot hack anything using html. html is a markup language! you'd be making flavorless websites with only pure html... refer to this instead, i believe it would help a lot.

@Robert Min it depends what language. for example, you can hack a site made of php by exploiting forms using php. but the only thing your going to hack with html, is tables lmao! if you want to be able to hack anyone, learn c++, linux, etc. that way you can hack servers

nope u cant...for hacking purpose u should have knowledge about sql..which is all abt commands nd ofcourse not basics knowledge indepth u should have it.

Of course you can. Just because HTML isn't a programming language doesn't mean you can't hack with HTML.
