Basic Difference between Console, Terminal and Shell ?

+ Shell is the command interpreter program

+ Terminal is a GUI wrapper program running the Shell through a fake (embed in graphical interface) CLI (command line interface -- text)

+ Console is a kind of terminal, running besides to GUI, in a more real CLI.
