CSS challenges

Hi there! I'm new so sorry if this question was already asked, but... why are there no CSS challenges or even a possibility to create questions for it? I find it better to learn via challenges as it makes me repeat some things few times so I'm wondering about that.

As said, I don't know if this is a problem with my application but when I want to choose a language, there is no CSS option possible.
