I like java and python and i want to be a very clever programmer as soon as possible..any advice please ?

"cleverness" or wisdom in a specific area is not taught, it is experience you gain over time.

im not a pro but i think practising code everyday gets you closer im about 6 weeks into learning java and have learned alot mostly by practising code i do read alot but things seem to stick better when you practice to code rather then just reading about code.
