What are the best resources to understand web services in python please any help ..i am in a large maze?

I want to understand web services and API and to really understand what it is meant by saying API not just a concept please help.. I can not find any good resources explaining Web services in python.. what would you recommend?

Thank you I really appreciate it .. Django is the Love in Web framework .. i have read some books also in Django and flask but I need anything explains Web services like soap if u know what I mean not a framework ^_^

@Nithiwat Thank you so much I really appreciate it But the thing is I know python and read most of the books but couldn't find resources for API or Web services in python something like soap if u know what I mean.. if u know any videos, Playlist or something like that..
