How long did it take you to fully understand a single language?

Hey, this question is just a simple curiosity of mine. I think learn learning one language will take you around month once you understand the basic. What do you think about that? No Offense intended.

So it depends on what you learning. What @Hatsy Rei said is kinda true, because the more you practice or do you fine some other way to do stuff to shorten the work. That what i think most programmer are aiming for.

100% comprehension of 100% language scope is impossible. Once you have started, you will spend your entire life learning and going deeper into the knowledge pool. It may take you days to be able to create something simple with the language, months to start a huge project, and years of experience to get a job.

Depends upon how hard/difficult the language to learn is. HTML won't take even a month, JS can take years though...

Seems true, learning on this was quite understandable even if this is your first time learning a computing language. After all i just started to learn and i am learning quite a lot. Hmm... You know it just come to me. Focus on programming language that are almost the same like C++ and C#.
