What must i do, for finding my own team in college?

you know greate team is the factor for greate company. but i dont have chrisma on being a leader. what should i do ?? i just want make my own place ..😢😢

yah self-confidence need skill and i have little skill.
i just dont trust to another people, thats make theres no another people beside me😅😅
i think theres no anyone near me wanna be success with this way like me...

yah now im trying the same thing like u said ...
upgrade my skill.. creating more project... now im just have min from 1 year to be graduate..
i hope untill that, my skill can make someone start with me..😀

i know you bro i was in the same situation but then I said fuck off i go my own way and then i sarted to get more successful and then the other came from alone
