Great question, I actually learned from a friend here on SoloLearn and it really helped. The trick is to actually be including comments on your code. You will find that you truly understand faster and get to learn more.

You can also learn by trying to comment other peoples code for further knowledge.

Well, I don't get your question but if you mean: 'how to come up with sollutions/algorithms for problems fast and code it rapidly', that depends on skill and experience on my opinion. So the only sollution i can think of is: coding everyday (at least for an hour), getting familliar with online documentation and forums (stacko... or this one) and reading/understanding others' code.
