Highly unlikely as it doesn't teach anything to do with penetration testing or other necessary things. It may be possible to build a basic virus with the knowledge learned here, but that project should be easily caught by any modern OS. To actually hack computers you'd need to know **a lot** about the different operating systems you'd be attacking so that you know the proper commands to use on a given system because they're not all the same. You also need networking knowledge to hide yourself and find others. There are lots of hacking tools to simplify the process, and compilations of them such as a version of Linux OS called Kali which is essentially a hacker OS -- more tools than you can throw an entire University of nerds at and packaged for easy use.

No, but you have to learn to walk before you can run. Like Tom Shaver said, Kali is a great toolset if you want to learn penetration testing and cyber security, but you're going to need a basic understanding of Linux if you want to use it. And a basic understanding of everything you want to "hack". Also, the kind of "hacking" you've seen on shows like CSI doesn't exist in the real world.
