C++ has better accessibility and is made for Cross platform, for thus I'd recommend C++

So first it does the same stuff with less lines of code. It's easier to read and therefore easier to understand. It also deals better with exceptions. While Java crashes when se exceptions are not handled, Kotlin has introduced a better way to handle them. The files are of slightly larger size, because Kotlin data is added to all the Java stuff. Kotlin allows you to use Java code and it also is as fast as Java when executed. I think Kotlin might even replace Java when people realize the advantages. If you develop apps regulary, I would advice learning it. It's not necessary though.

c++ is usefu for Android and ios ?

no i wouldn't. the reason why android make kotlin an official language is that they are more productive while writing apps. if you don't write a lot of apps then stick with java.
