Are there free c++ code libraries which can be used for specific common events?

Question

I have pretty much finished my test game in text format. I know all the functions work and the actual game does play. I still need to add a few checks like making sure the player does not bet more cash than they hold etc.

So now I want to "pretty it up" and thought there may be a set of code for things like animated dice rolls which is free for use with a credit? Or a deck of cards? Or a roulette wheel?
